The Institute of Certified Professional Managers' (ICPM's) Online Learning Center offers managers the tools they need to develop a comprehensive set of management skills and prepare for the Certified Manager™ certification exams. ICPM's online courses allow users the flexibility to engage in individualized, self-directed study or group, instructor-led study.

Certified Manager (CM)

CM™ is a generalist management certification for all types of managers employed in all career fields. The CM certification is earned by: (1) meeting eligibility requirements for education and experience, and (2) passing three certification exams, one that corresponds to each of the following courses:

• Management Skills I: Foundations of Management
• Management Skills II: Planning and Organizing
• Management Skills III: Leading and Controlling
