All course registrations are final. Your subscription begins immediately upon registration into a course/package, so be sure to carefully review your order before purchasing. No refunds will be granted for online courses.

A Registration Confirmation email containing important registration details is sent immediately upon registration to the email address provided. If you do not receive this confirmation email (i.e., SPAM filters, incorrect email address, etc.) it is your responsibility to immediately confirm your registration with our Customer Service Team at technicalsupport@certification-partners.com or by dialing 866.370.3511.

Non-paid course subscription extensions will not be granted under any circumstances.
